01Specification
iGaming white label
Your casino brand on a proven platform, implemented in 8–12 weeks. We run the platform, 10,000+ games, payments and KYC; you run the brand and the players. The launch date depends on how fast the PSP and studio contracts are signed, so every one of them goes on a dated plan.
- 8–12 weeks implementation; PSP and content contracts set the calendar date
- Setup fee + revenue share on NGR, itemised quote, no hidden fees
- 99.9% uptime SLA, 4 hours critical response, engineers on the call
- Six white label brands live today, open any of them below

04Who holds what
Three parties, no overlap.
White label iGaming works when responsibilities are explicit. This is the standard allocation between you, Platform1 and the licence holder, and the split we write into the agreement.
| Area | You (brand operator) | Platform1 | Licence holder |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gaming licence | Operate under partner licence; pass KYC | Technical documentation, platform compliance | Holds licence, approves brand, regulator contact |
| Platform & infrastructure | None | Hosting, monitoring, backups, updates, SLA | None |
| Game content | Choose lobby mix | Aggregation integration, enablement per market | Studio contracts under the licence |
| Payments (PSP) | Can propose PSPs | Integration, routing, reconciliation | Merchant accounts, PSP contracts |
| KYC / AML operations | Day-to-day verification, withdrawal approvals | Tooling and provider integrations | Policy, reporting, audits |
| Brand & marketing | Brand, campaigns, affiliates, budget | Affiliate tracking, CRM and bonus tooling | Advertising rules under the licence |
| Player support | First-line support, in-house or outsourced | Technical escalation, 24/7 | Complaint escalation under the licence |
| Revenue | NGR after revenue share and pass-through costs | Revenue share on NGR | Licence fee within the share |
05Timeline
Implementation in 8–12 weeks. Contracts are the long bar.
This is our implementation time, counted from a signed agreement and completed KYC. The calendar date depends on how fast contracts with payment providers and game studios are signed under the licence: that part is outside our control and usually sets the pace. Dated plan at scoping, each contract tracked on it, updated weekly.
Platform1 / your workThird-party contracts: PSPs, studios, licence holder. They set the calendar date
06Pricing
A setup fee, a revenue share, nothing hidden.
White label casino cost has a fixed structure. We quote per project after a scoping call, because markets, licence route and content mix change the numbers. The structure never changes.
Setup fee
Configuration, brand application, content enablement, PSP and KYC provider onboarding, QA, back-office training. Itemised in the proposal.
Revenue share
Hosting, monitoring, updates, the partner’s licence fee and the SLA. A minimum monthly amount applies. Percentage set in the proposal.
Third parties
Game studio fees, PSP transaction fees and KYC checks, passed through without mark-up and reconciled per provider in the back office.
Optional extras
Fully custom front-end, additional PSPs beyond the launch set, data migration from an existing casino, bespoke modules.
What moves the price
Number of target markets and languages, how many PSPs you want on day one, whether you bring your own KYC provider, and whether the front-end is a configured theme or a custom build. A hybrid crypto cashier adds gateway onboarding but not platform cost.
What does not
Player volume on the platform side (it is covered by the revenue share), number of back-office users, and the number of games you enable from the catalogue.
07Payments & KYC
One cashier, routed through PSPs the licence already has.
The most common reason a white label launch slips is payment onboarding. We start it in week one and show you the status weekly.
Cards & bank transfer
Visa / Mastercard acquiring via licensed PSPs, open banking, SEPA, local bank rails
E-wallets & vouchers
Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, AstroPay, Paysafecard and regional wallets
Crypto
BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), LTC and others through custodial and non-custodial gateways
Local methods
PIX, Boleto, SPEI, Interac, UPI, mobile money and cash vouchers for target markets
How the cashier is structured
- Merchant accounts sit with the licence holder; you do not need your own acquiring on day one
- Cascading routing between PSPs per market and method, with per-market limits
- Manual and rule-based withdrawal approval queues in your back office
- Card data never touches Platform1: tokenisation with PCI DSS-certified providers
- Crypto gateways alongside fiat in the same cashier if your markets allow it
KYC and AML flow
- Registration with tiered verification: light at sign-up, full before first withdrawal
- Document and liveness checks via integrated providers; results stored on the player profile
- Risk scoring, velocity rules, duplicate-account and chargeback flags
- Source-of-funds requests and case notes for the licence holder’s reporting
- Responsible-gaming limits configurable per market
08Front-ends
Six demo designs. Same engine.
Every demo is a complete white label casino on the same platform code: lobby, cashier, bonuses, account area. Different front-ends, same back office, and any of it can be customised for your brand. Open one and play with test money.

09White label vs turnkey
White label fits most first brands. Here is when it does not.
Same engine either way. The decision is about who holds the licence, where the platform runs and what you want to own in three years.
| Criterion | White label | Turnkey |
|---|---|---|
| Licence | Partner’s (Curaçao, Anjouan, others) | Yours; we support the application |
| Implementation time | 8–12 weeks from signed agreement; launch date set by PSP and studio contracts | 6–9 months; licence approval and contracts set the date |
| Upfront cost | Setup fee, the lowest of the routes | Project fee for deployment and integrations |
| Ongoing cost | Revenue share on NGR | Fixed support contract; your hosting and PSP fees |
| Infrastructure & data | Platform1-managed, EU hosting | Your cloud or data centre, full data ownership |
| Regulated EU markets | Usually not; they require the operator’s own licence | Yes, deployed under your national licence |
| Exit | Brand and player relationship are yours; migration to turnkey 10–16 weeks | Platform runs in your environment; the contract ends, the operation does not stop |
You target a regulated EU market
Most EU/EEA national regimes require the operator to hold the licence in-country. A partner licence does not satisfy them.
Investors require platform ownership
If your term sheet or exit plan needs the platform in your environment, start turnkey or plan the migration from day one.
Speed and low upfront cost matter most
First brand, grey or international markets, a marketing-led team: white label gets you live and learning fastest.
10How to start
How to start a white label iGaming business: five steps.
The order matters. Markets and budget first, platform demo second, paperwork third. Marketing spend only after the soft launch.
- You · 1–2 weeks
Decide markets and budget
Which countries, languages and payment habits. Grey or international markets fit a partner licence; regulated EU markets usually do not. Budget for setup, first content, marketing and a withdrawal reserve.
- With us · week 0
Scoping call and demo
30 minutes with an engineer on licence route, content and payment mix, theme or custom front-end. Then a walkthrough of the back office and a demo brand on your markets.
- You + partner · weeks 1–2
KYC, agreement, dated plan
KYC on your operating company and UBOs for the licence holder, the agreement with the responsibility split, and a plan with dates for every dependency.
- Platform1 · weeks 2–9
Brand, content, payments
Brand assets into the theme, studios enabled for your markets, PSP and KYC providers onboarded. The contracts behind this stage are signed by third parties and set the calendar date; we chase them and report weekly.
- Together · weeks 10–12
Soft launch, then scale
Controlled launch with real players, back-office training, SLA live. Fix what the first hundred players show you, then open the marketing taps.
