01Services overview
Services around the platform
The platform is the product. These are the four things operators ask us to do alongside it: get the licence paperwork right, move an existing casino, set up acquisition tooling, and keep the whole thing running under a written SLA.
- Delivered by the engineers who run the platform
- SLA 99.9% uptime
- Critical response 4 hours

02What we offer
Four services, each with a clear scope.
Every engagement starts with a scoping call and ends with something you can hold us to: a document, a migrated database, a configured tool or a monthly SLA report.
Licensing support
Technical documentation, system descriptions and hosting evidence for your licence application. You or your legal adviser file; we supply what the regulator asks about the platform.
- Typical: documentation pack for one jurisdiction, delivered during the platform project
- Routes: Curaçao, Anjouan, Kahnawake, MGA, Isle of Man, EU/EEA national
Migration and integration
Move a running casino onto the platform with players, balances and history intact, or add a PSP, KYC provider, game studio or CRM to a platform that is already live.
- Typical: full migration in 10–16 weeks, or a single integration scoped in days
- Deliverable: reconciled data, tested cut-over, two weeks of hypercare
Acquisition and affiliates
Affiliate programme structure and tracking, bonus and CRM configuration, landing pages, analytics tagging. The tooling your marketing team or agency will run campaigns on.
- Typical: affiliate and tracking setup during launch, then configuration on request
- Not included: media buying, SEO campaigns, ranking or revenue promises
Support and SLA
24/7 monitoring, severity-based response targets, a direct channel to engineers and a monthly report. Service credits if we miss the SLA.
- Typical: monthly support contract, activated at soft launch
- Targets: 99.9% uptime, 4 hours response on critical incidents
03How we work
Scope first, then a written proposal, then delivery.
The same four steps for every service. The point is that you know the scope, the price and the dates before any work starts.
- Day 1
Scoping call
Thirty minutes with an engineer. Your markets, licence, current platform and what you need done. We ask for access or documents where that shortens the next step.
- Within a week
Written proposal with timeline
Scope, exclusions, dependencies on your side, a dated plan and a fixed price or monthly fee. If something is uncertain, the proposal says so and prices the uncertainty.
- Delivery
Fixed-scope delivery
Weekly written updates against the plan. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are built. You see work in a staging environment before it goes live.
- After go-live
Support contract
Delivered work is covered by the support contract and the SLA. The engineers who built it are the ones answering in the support channel.
04What we do not do
Boundaries, stated up front.
We are a platform company with a small senior team. Some things are better done by someone else, and we would rather say so here than discover it on a call.
We are not a law firm
Licensing support is technical and documentation work. Legal advice, corporate structuring and the application itself sit with your legal adviser; we work alongside them and supply the platform evidence.
We do not run player support desks
We integrate your helpdesk, live chat and CRM with the back office so your own team or outsourcing partner has what it needs. We do not answer player tickets.
We do not guarantee rankings or revenue
We build an SEO-ready front-end and set up tracking and affiliate tooling. Nobody can promise search positions or player numbers, and we do not try.
We do not buy media or run campaigns
Campaign execution belongs to your marketing team or agency. We make sure the platform gives them landing pages, bonus codes, segments and postbacks that work.
